InDepth Yoga Academy is proudly affiliated with Yoga Alliance, a globally recognized organization that sets educational standards for yoga. By maintaining this affiliation, we ensure that our course meets the highest quality standards in the industry. Our curriculum is thoughtfully structured around four key areas of study, providing a comprehensive and well-rounded yoga education.

Techniques, Training, and Practice

One of the core aspects of our course is exploring and practicing various traditional yoga techniques. Through guided sessions, you will have the opportunity to deepen your understanding and experience of asanas, pranayamas, kriyas, chanting, mantra, and meditation. We will not only teach you how to perform these techniques effectively but also delve into their historical origins, practical applications, and the art of teaching them to others.

Furthermore, we believe in the holistic approach to yoga, which includes integrating Ayurvedic principles into our practice. During the course, we will introduce you to the fundamental principles of Ayurveda, including the doshas, subdoshas, dhatus, and agni. This knowledge will enhance your understanding of how yoga and Ayurveda interconnect and complement each other.

Teaching Methodology

At InDepth Yoga, we prioritize hands-on learning and practical teaching experience. From the very beginning, you will have the opportunity to practice teaching yoga poses, using your voice to provide clear instructions. Our experienced instructors will guide and mentor you, ensuring that you develop the necessary skills and confidence to become an effective yoga teacher. By the end of the course, you will notice a significant improvement in your ability to lead yoga classes and connect with your students.

Anatomy and Physiology

Understanding the human body and its relationship to yoga is crucial for every yoga practitioner and teacher. In this section, we will dive deep into the study of anatomy and physiology, specifically focusing on how the cardiovascular system impacts muscles, joints, and ligaments during yoga practice. This knowledge will not only enhance your teaching abilities but also help you create safe and effective sequences tailored to individual needs.

Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle Ethics

Yoga is not just a physical practice; it is a way of life. In this section, we will explore the profound philosophy behind yoga and its practical application in daily life. We will delve into the ethical principles that guide a yoga teacher and examine the yogic belief of the universe and the self. By gaining a deeper understanding of yoga philosophy, you will be able to inspire and guide your students on a holistic yogic journey.

Our comprehensive course provides not only the necessary contact and non-contact hours required by Yoga Alliance but also a transformative learning experience. By immersing yourself in these four key areas of study, you will not only establish a strong foundation in your yoga practice but also foster personal growth and self-discovery.
