InDepth Yoga Academy is excited to announce its upcoming 85hr Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training program in Phuket, Thailand. This program is designed for yoga teachers and healthcare professionals who want to deepen their knowledge and skills in working with pregnant and postpartum women. The 85hr Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training program will be conducted by experienced and certified yoga instructors who specialize in working with pregnant and postpartum women. The program will cover various aspects of prenatal and postnatal yoga including anatomy, physiology, asana, pranayama, and meditation. Participants will have the opportunity to learn how to tailor their yoga practice to support the unique needs of pregnant and postpartum women. The program will provide a comprehensive understanding of the physical, emotional, and spiritual changes that women experience during pregnancy and after childbirth. Upon completion of the program, participants will be certified prenatal and postnatal yoga teachers under the International Yoga Alliance. Graduates will have the skills and knowledge necessary to lead safe and effective prenatal and postnatal yoga classes. They will also have the opportunity to join our global network of yoga teachers and receive ongoing support and guidance. IMPORTANT: This booking covers your $500 deposit.
