Our experienced and certified instructors will provide comprehensive training in the theory and practice of Yoga Nidra, covering topics such as the history and philosophy of Yoga Nidra, the science behind its benefits, and the techniques used in guiding others through the practice. Upon completion of the program, you will be a certified Yoga Nidra teacher under the International Yoga Alliance, with the skills and knowledge necessary to lead safe and effective Yoga Nidra sessions.
