InDepth Yoga Academy offers a comprehensive training program for those looking to become certified Thai Yoga Massage teachers. This program provides a deep understanding of the history and philosophy of Thai Yoga Massage, as well as practical training in the techniques and sequences used in this traditional form of massage therapy. Throughout the program, students will learn how to use their hands, feet, and body weight to apply pressure and stretch the recipient's muscles and mobilize joints. They will also learn how to adapt the practice to meet the needs of each individual client, taking into account factors such as age, health, and physical ability. IMPORTANT: This booking covers your $200 deposit. We will contact you directly to provide all the necessary information, reading lists and answer any questions. The rest of the payment is due at least 10 days before the beginning of the course.
